D365 Business / Systems Analyst

A seasoned Business & Systems Analyst with strong commercial acumen and experience in the Digital & Software Application domain delivering SDLC projects in a wide array of different industry sectors.

Having worked hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 for the past 10 years, both in Consulting & End-User roles, starting from CRM 4.0 to the current version of D365 CE.

Currently in a full-time permanent role for a leading National Australian Business that has been embarking on a complete Digital Transformation Project utilising both Customer Engagement & Finance & Operations.
