Greenfields Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Project 
> $110k Base + Super + Benefits

Digital Monk International has been engaged by this National NFP Organisation to support a key requirement, to being onboard a D365 CE Administrator as they engage on a Greenfields project.

Working closely with the implementation partner to deliver enhancements to the platform, report on various metrics (usage, uptake, adherence), provide training to users, produce dashboards and reports as needed, whilst also assisting the cloud services team, with additional task and requirements.   

We are looking for the succesful application to have 18 months hands on experience with Dynamics 365 CE or even and older online version of Dynamics CRM will bve sufficent but it is essenationl for you to have expeirence with some aspects of the Power Platform Stack, mainl Power BI, being able to buoild and configure reporting dashboards. 

Day to Day Tasks:
  • This role will take responsibility for the following areas;
  • Administer the Cloud based Microsoft CE (CRM) including adding users; team membership;
  • Security roles; system performance;
  • Work closely with the implementation partner to deliver functionality;
  • Update the Microsoft DevOps board as required during build and implementation;
  • Test newly built functionality in UAT to approve it for release to production;
  • Develop Power BI reports to address business need;
  • Use CRM case management for ticketing of issues as they are created;
  • Ensure performance of system meets business expectations;
  • Provide reports to the SD&D manager and/or the CTO as required on the usage, performance and issues regarding the systems
  • Investigate and report bugs using MS DevOps and either resolve them or work with the Implementation partner to resolve;
  • Suggest features, enhancements and processes that will improve the usage and uptake of the platform
Your Profile:
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills internally and externally;
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skill;
  • 18 months experience with Microsoft Dynamics 355 CE (Cloud) or CRM online
  • Proven ability to produce dashboards to meet user’s needs;
  • Ability to produce reports using inbuilt reporting tools and Power BI;
  • Strong understanding of CRM security roles and their use;
  • Knowledge of proposed changes to existing technical environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Skills and the capacity to achieve challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadline;
