Great opportunity to join a global enterprise financial services organisation, with close to 5000 employees in Australia alone. This organisation is currently undergoing a large transformation project, rolling out Dynamics 365 to multiple clients to engage with their extensive member base.
  
The project is already underway, being managed and delivered by and external vendor but as with any project of this scale having I.P and skilled expertise in house is vital. With that they are looking to buildout and internal team of skilled Dynamics 365 professionals, technical and functional with the first role being Dynamics CRM Platform Lead. This role will play a vital part in helping to build and the manage the internal team moving forward.
  
Reporting to the CIO and working with a dedicated and high-performing team, this pivotal role will lead the technical specifications & development, help manage the external vendor of and work with the business of the future roadmap contributing to the companies vision. As the successful candidate in this role it is essential that you come from a technical background with prior hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM.
  
Primarily, you will be responsible for:
  • Solution design, producing technical spec’s then working with developers on what to build
  • Ensuring key relationships with external and internal stakeholders are managed successfully
  • Delivery of change initiatives to support key business objectives
  • Ensuring the platform is operating as designed and service levels are achieved
  • Support the growth of the internal team, developers, functional & support consultants  
Your Profile:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Proven Dynamics CRM hands-on development experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
