ROLE: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Business Analyst 
FULL TIME: $800-$1000/day
LOCATION: Sydney, Northern Suburbs
We have been mandated by an ASX Listed End User who is in the process of building out their Dynamics 365 capability in Sydney and have asked Digital Monk International to locate a Technical Business Analyst
This is a Greenfield project with this client looking to deploy Dynamics 365 CE & F&O across Australia initially with a global roll-out penciled for 2020

The Dynamics 365 Technical Business Analyst will act as a technical SME for the customer and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O to understand business process and map these again the Dynamics 365 capability
The individual may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations, simple to complex customizations, UI/backend development, and more. Other responsibilities include project management, configuration, data, and support.
The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
  • Participate in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gather, and document business processes and requirements for the project
  • Experience working across Sales & Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing
  • Assist with mapping the CRM & ERP system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client’s organizational process
  • Advise customers on best practices for CRM and ERP, development, or integration processes
  • Write technical specifications for planned work
  • Create data migration and integration mappings
  • Mockup specifications for our overseas development team, and facilitate the completion, testing and deployment of development projects
  • Build the CRM and ERP forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around the customer, needs for an interface
  • Guide projects along through daily communications with the customer or project manager
  • Resolve technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL and other related technologies to CRM & ERP
  • Maintain a list of trusted resources for researching technical issues
  • Regular communication with the customer on the status of the issue resolution
  • Estimate the completion of a task and gain customer approval
  • Participate in formal or informal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants
  • Distribute information on the latest CRM and ERP-related and technology news to the team members
  • Support the application post-go-live during system setting and fix applications issues not necessarily related to code
Required Skills and Experience
  • Exhibit the Core Values
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical related field (i.e. computer science, engineering, IT, etc.)
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a technical capacity preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong written communication especially related to articulating technical specifications
  • Sound knowledge of concepts of unit testing own code
