Neil is an experienced Business to Business Sales professional with over 11 years Recruitment experience within the Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, and CRM space, based from London, UK and Melbourne, Australia.

With almost 5 years of experience within Microsoft Dynamics under his belt, Neil made the great escape from London to Melbourne with wife in tow to continue in the same space, he very quickly learned the subtle but different way in which business is performed down under and in turn has built long term relationships at all levels within the Dynamics 365 Community…  choosing a footy team (GO CATS!!) definitely helped!!

Craig has 20 years of sales and commercial experience within the IT industry, building his career in the UK working at leading IT vendors, distributors and re-sellers before making the move to Australia in 2011 and taking his transferable skillset into the IT Recruitment space.

For the past 5 years he has been dedicated to the Microsoft Dynamics market across Australia and New Zealand continuing to build and support the Dynamics eco-system across the region. Anybody that has dealings with Craig knows he provides an honest, transparent and straight forward approach to the recruitment process, with the aim of building long term valued relationships.

Our Story & Values

We set up Digital Monk International because we wanted to offer something different in this market that we both have a great deal of passion for. Having both started our journeys in the Microsoft Dynamics market here in Australia 5 years ago we became good friends and always spoke about our aspirations to set up our own recruitment business and we are grateful that this fantastic market has allowed us to achieve that.

For us, our goal in setting up Digital Monk International is to continue to support the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics Eco-System across Australia and New Zealand and ultimately see projects being delivered successfully. Too often in this highly competitive recruitment industry people are focused on the short-term, quick wins, whether it’s the right fit or not. For us, seeing ourselves as an integral part of this market we are here to add value, insight and expertise to both clients and candidates, with the aim of building long-term trusted partnerships.
